Legal Adviser

Job Description:

A Legal Adviser should act as a clerk in Court as directed and keep accurate and proper records . Keep up-to-date with law practice and procedure . He should examine the process for compliance with legal requirements. Participation in regular in Court Appraisals and a commitment to continuing development to achieve all 6 competency levels in Legal Adviser Competences.

Legal Adviser Qualification:

- Law Degree holder
- Must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister, or have passed all relevant examinations.
- At least one year experience of employment law advice.
